What Will I do?
I can do those tasks you can't do, don't have time to do, or just don't want to do!
Whilst I specialise in administration and bookkeeping services, I can help with whatever you need!
Administration services include (but are not limited to):
- Setting up your website and eCommerce
- Creating processes, policies and procesdures
- Digital fililng
- Creating a solid foundation from which you can launch your business.
Bookkeeping services include (but are not limited to):
- Setting up your accounting software
- Bank reconciliation, accounts receivable & payable
- Payroll management
- Working with your tax agent to prepare your IAS or BAS (soon to be a registered BAS agent myself)
How Much do I Charge?
Every client's journey starts with a free, 1-hour, no obligation meeting where we discuss your business plans, discuss areas where you would like help, and ultimately decide if you wish to proceed.
From there I charge a flat $50/hour, invoiced fortnightly, making it easier for you to plan your cash flow.
Depending on your needs, I usually recommend starting with a regular fortnightly session of a few hours, which can be adjusted as needed.
I have tried to stay conscious of the budgets that small and fledgling businesses might have. If the price point is an issue I would still love to hear from you. The first 1-hour session is free after all and you never how it might benefit you
Where Will I Work?
I love working in the business' space. This helps practically since communication is quicker and more efficient.
Plus I love seeing how different businesses function and find it more enjoyable when I can work side by side with my clients.
I am based in Brisbane and am happy to travel around the area, or I have the capacity to work from home.
